2.1 Service Scope
We assist in providing manpower such as maids, tutors, security guards, delivery staff, caretakers, etc., based on the requirements submitted by employers.
Our service includes shortlisting, basic verification, and forwarding candidate profiles. Final hiring is at the employer’s discretion.
2.2 Verification & Background Checks
While EmployNation conducts basic verification (ID proof, address proof, etc.), we do not guarantee criminal or detailed background checks unless specifically requested and paid for separately.
Employers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before final hiring.
2.3 Payment & Fees A nominal service fee is charged for every successful placement. This fee is non-refundable once the candidate joins.
Any replacement (if the candidate leaves within a defined period) is subject to our replacement policy, which will be communicated during the hiring process.
2.4 Liability Disclaimer
EmployNation is not liable for any loss, damage, theft, injury, misconduct, or legal issue arising after the candidate has joined your household, society, or business.
The employer accepts full responsibility for the employment relationship and must follow applicable labour and safety laws.
